Phase 2 of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship will take place from October 7 to 16 in Ninh Bình, featuring 8 men's teams and 8 women's teams. This stage is crucial to determine the champion and select Vietnam’s representatives for the 2026 Asian Club Championship – AVC Champions League. Conversely, the team finishing last will be relegated to compete in the 2026 Division A tournament.

The competition format remains the same as last season: teams play a single round-robin to earn points, with the top 4 advancing to the semifinals and the remaining 4 entering the relegation round.

In phase 1, teams completed 5 group matches. Therefore, in phase 2, each team will only play 2 group matches before entering the finals, all held centrally in Ninh Bình.
