Coach Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Hoa and VTV Bình Điền Long An earned their place in the 2025 National Volleyball Championship final by defeating Vietinbank 3-1.

Following their 3-1 win against Vietinbank in the semifinal on the evening of October 12, VTV Bình Điền Long An officially qualified for the 2025 National Volleyball Championship final. Under the leadership of Coach Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Hoa, the team from the Mekong Delta has demonstrated impressive form and strong team spirit.

After the match, Coach Ngọc Hoa praised the high level of skill among all four semifinalist teams: “I believe that the teams reaching this stage are all strong and have stable rosters. Although we do not have Thanh Thúy on our squad, the remaining players have fully concentrated and shown excellent fighting spirit. Our foreign player, Roni Jones-Perry, has quickly adapted and contributed positively to our overall gameplay.”

According to the 1987-born strategist, VTV Bình Điền Long An always prepares thoroughly before each match, as opponents at this stage are very unpredictable. She especially highlighted the strength of Thông tin - Đông Bắc, a team with quality foreign players and a roster full of experienced domestic athletes.

Meanwhile, LPB Ninh Bình benefits from home court advantage and consistent performance. “We must plan carefully to be ready for the final, as even the smallest mistake can change the outcome of the match,” Coach Ngọc Hoa shared.

Her transition from a legendary athlete to a coach has attracted much attention from fans. In the second phase of the tournament, VTV Bình Điền Long An registered 14 official players including Nguyễn Thị Trà My, Đặng Thị Kim Thanh, Trịnh Huỳnh Bảo Ngọc, Phạm Cao Trâm Anh, Lê Như Anh, Nguyễn Khánh Đang, Võ Thị Kim Thoa, Võ Thị Thảo Nguyên, Nguyễn Lan Vy, Trần Nguyễn Quí Uyên, Nguyễn Ngọc Mỹ Tiên, Lữ Thị Phương, and Roni Jones Perry.
