Thể Công Tân Cảng achieved a remarkable 3-0 win over Công an TP.HCM in the last semifinal of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship, securing their place in the military final against Biên Phòng MB.

The match was exciting as both teams started with great determination and kept chasing points back and forth. However, the turning point was the foreign player Rivan – the Indonesian opposite hitter – whose powerful attacks and solid blocking enabled Thể Công Tân Cảng to take the first two sets with scores of 25-21 and 25-23.

In the third set, Công an TP.HCM suddenly rallied strongly. Guided by opposite hitter Quốc Dư, they established a notable lead over their opponent. Thể Công tried to reduce the deficit but faced difficulties after their captain Văn Nam was injured.
