OFFICIAL: Hoàng Thị Kiều Trinh is the new captain of the Information - Northeast team.

Kiều Trinh is currently the most outstanding and influential player in the Information - Northeast team.

On March 10th afternoon, during the personnel announcement ceremony for the Information - Northeast volleyball team, setter Hoàng Thị Kiều Trinh was officially appointed as the captain of Team 1.

According to the new decision, Kiều Trinh will assume the role of captain replacing main attacker Phạm Thị Nguyệt Anh who held this position last season. This change is seen as a step to strengthen team spirit and build a core force for the team in the new phase.

Hoàng Thị Kiều Trinh has long been one of the standout figures in the military team. With her intelligent playstyle, effective attacking ability, and passionate competitive spirit, she is evaluated as a player with sufficient courage and experience to lead the team. Being entrusted with the captain's responsibility not only acknowledges her contributions from Quảng Bình province over time but also reflects the trust of the coaching staff and unit leadership.

Also during the ceremony, leadership awarded promotions from Corporal to Sergeant to two young players: Vũ Hồng Thảo Hương and Ngô Thị Bích Huệ.

The appointment of the new captain and promotions for the athletes occur as Information - Northeast is actively preparing for the 2026 season. The coaching staff hopes these personnel decisions will help the team strengthen unity, enhance internal power, and aim for achieving high results in upcoming competitions.

Specifically, Information - Northeast aims to finish in the top 3 of the National Championship and defend their gold medal at the National Sports Games. Immediately, the team will participate in the Hoa Lư - Bình Điền Cup without using their two Chinese foreign players: Che Wenhan and Sun Jie.
